It’s wasn’t like I aspected but the value for money was more. It was clean and very helpful on reception. It was comfortable stay for me.

Good
Friendly staff and location at walk distance from the centre. We were welcomed with tea and also the Moroccan style breakfast was nice. Rooftop terrace is a nice place to rest after spending the day on the hectic markets. Staff remembered we asked for an extra blanket, and when we returned for another night, beds were made with the blankets included, very very thoughtful! Would come back and recommend this place.
Bathroom is shared, which wasn't a problem because it was quiet during our stay. However, when fully booked this could be something to be considered a (minor) issue.

Unusual stay.
We liked that the Riad is not hard to find and that there was an accessible room on the first floor. The family rooms are large and spacious. My room had two large windows. A fan was provided when requested, but at first no extension cord. The extension cord when provided was so short that it had to be strung across a bed to reach an outlet. Breakfast the first morning was mediocre, but the female employee was cheery and lovely. Unfortunately, she was not there until after breakfast the second day.
The booking description said shared shower, the first night there were few people so that wasn’t an issue. The second night 15 people were expected to use one shower. Logistically, that didn’t work. Some people did not realize that the facilities were shared by so many so one person taking a lengthy shower made it difficult for others. This property is more like a pension or hostel. Breakfast the second morning was a fiasco: not enough seating, not enough tables, microwaved stale dough, tepid coffee, sullen staff, and one patron sent the coffee back twice. For the money, there are much nicer places to book in Marrakech. The owner wasted so much time being argumentative rather than accommodating. Again, inaccurate booking descriptions make for unfortunate experiences.
